The Opportunity Reporting to the Commercial Team Leader, your core responsibilities will include: Managing commercial collections and recoveries by proactively contacting customers, negotiating suitable repayment arrangements, and escalating overdue accounts where required Handling both secured and unsecured loan accounts — including PPSR enforcement, coordinating repossessions, and supporting legal recovery actions Assessing risk by identifying early signs of delinquency and recommending appropriate recovery strategies Ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with legal teams when necessary Communicating professionally and empathetically to preserve strong client relationships while maximising recoveries Please note: Hours are Monday to Friday between 7:30am–6:00pm, worked on a rotating four-week roster.
